Lemon-Pineapple-Cheese Jello

Ingredients

2 small boxes sugar free lemon jello
1 cups boiling water
1-1/2  cups ice-water-juice combo
1 large can pineapple tidbits-drained
1 carton (8 oz) fat free cottage cheese
1 pkg. Kraft fat free cheddar cheese-shredded

Directions

Mix jello with boiling water till dissolved. Add the iced cold liquid. Refrigerate for approx. 30 min. till it begins to set up. Add the other ingredients (pineappleand both cheeses). Refrigerate till completely firm.
