Salmon Loaf
Ingredients
1 can of salmon, drained and rinsed
1 T. minced onion
1 t. fine dill weed
1 T. chopped parsley
1/4-1/2 cup chopped celery with leaves
1/2 cup no fat cracker crumbs
Directions
White sauce made with 1/4 C. flour, 1/2 C. no fat dry powdered milk, 1 C. water. When starts to thicken in microwave, add 1 pkg. Herb Ox seasoning. Cook till thick. Stir often. Add to salmon mixture. Add more cracker crsumbs as needed. Pour in sprayed loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
