Quick Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 to 2 lbs. Round steak , sliced inch across grain
1/4 cup reduced fat margarine
1 cans beef broth
6 oz. Can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Flour mixed with 2 cups light sour cream or fat free sour cream
1 medium onion sliced thin or diced

Directions

Brown meat, onion in margarine. Cook until onion is tender, meat done. Add broth and mushrooms. Heat until just boiling. Reduce heat. Add sour cream and flour mixture. Stir until mixture thickens. Serve over no-yolk egg noodles or rice. Serves 4-6.
