1 can Pillsbury Lowfat Pizza Dough
5-6 Roma Tomatoes (sliced)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup nonfat or lowfat shredded mozzarella cheese
Spray 9x13 pan (cookie sheet) with nonfat cooking spray. Unroll dough and press in bottom of pan. Place sliced Roma tomatoes over dough, sprinkle chopped onions and chopped bell pepper. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over top. Prebake pizza crust at 425 degrees for 7 minutes. Place and bake pizza with toppings at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until dough and cheese is brown.
