Baked Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

18 oz. Fat Free cottage cheese (3/4 of a 24 oz. Carton)
Egg substitute for 6 eggs (either prepared or use some egg whites to make the equivalent)
1/2  cup flour
1/2  lb. Lower fat Velveeta, cut in chunks
1   10 oz. Pkg. Frozen spinach (thaw in microwave)

Directions

Mix cottage cheese, eggs and flour. Then add other ingredients. Mix all ingredients. Pour in greased baking dish and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8
