1 Hour Stew
Ingredients
1 to 1-1/2 lbs Lean stew meat (cut off fat & grissle & dice)
Add to it in a large bowl:
1 T. tapioca
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 med. Potato-quartered
6 small carrots-sliced
1/2 cup minced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup V-8 juice ( Use NAS version)
Directions
Mix well and put in 3 qt. Casserole with tight lid and bake 5 hours at 250. DO NOT PEEK! Serves 6-8.
