Tofu Cheescake

Ingredients

1  lb. Silken Tofu
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2  cup brown sugar
1  Tbsp. White flour
1/3  cup honey
1  tsp. vanilla
1/4  cup canola oil 
   Pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have ready an 8” graham cracker crust reduced fat unbaked. Blend above ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.  Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for about 45 minutes or until creacks start to form around the edge of the filling. Top with pitted cherries or blueberries.
