Orange Cake
Ingredients
1 Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
1 lemon jello
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup applesauce
2-3 Tbsp. ground fresh orange peel
1 egg substitutes (1/2 cup)
1 egg white
(or 3 whole eggs)
Directions
Beat all ingredients added in order above for 6-7 min. on high speed. Bake at 350 in sprayed 9"x13" pan for 50-60 min.
Cut while hot and drizzle the following glaze over cut cake: 2/3 cup sugar and 2/3 cup orange juice simmered a few minutes.
To cut hot cake, dip knife in tap water.
