Mock Sour Cream
Ingredients
2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
Put into blender and blend until free from lumps. Use a rubber spatula to turn cheese from sides of container to center of blender. Makes 1 cup. Store in refrigerator. To make to desired thickness, add more or less water, depending on use.
