Hot Spinach and Articoke Dip

Ingredients

1 bunch of fresh spinach
1 can of artichokes (packed in water)
1 pkg. (16 oz.) low fat or fat free cream cheese(softened)
8 oz. low fat or fat free sour cream
3 lg. cloves of fresh garlic (chopped)
1/3 tsp. basil (or to your taste)
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 small tomato (chopped)

Directions

Chop spinach and artichokes into small pieces and mix together. Set aside. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, chopped garlic, basil. Then combine all ingredients together, add Parmesan cheese and mix well. Put into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20-25 min. or until it starts to brown a little on top. Remove from oven and top with chopped tomatoes. Serve with triscuit crackers or any other crackers you might like.
