We want to welcome and encourage you to visit friends and relatives while they are staying with us. We have complied a directory of useful contact information and visiting hours below to help make planning easier.
Visiting Patients
Jane Phillips Medical Center seeks to be responsive to both the needs of its patients and to the needs of the family members and friends who visit our patients. We also wish to maintain an environment that promotes healing and ensures the highest quality of care for each patient.
Jane Phillips Medical Center welcomes those who visit our patients. We affirm that each person who enters our facilities is to be treated with dignity and with respect.
We encourage family members and friends to visit patients during designated visiting hours. General visiting hours are from 12 noon to 8:30 p.m., however, times may vary by units.
We recommend that you limit your number of visitors to two at a time. Persons with colds, sore throats, and other illnesses should not visit patients.
Calling Patients
You may contact a patient directly by dialing 918/331-1 and the three digits of the patients room number. (For example if the patient is in room 172, you would dial 918/331-1172.)
If you are calling patients in the cardiac unit on the tenth floor, you will dial 918/331-19 (plus the last two digiits of the room number.
If you do not know the patient's room number, you may contact the Medical Center's operator at 918/333-7200 and ask for the patient's room number.
Cafeteria
The Cafeteria is located on the second floor of the Medical Center. It is opened daily from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dinner is from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The Grill serves breakfast items from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Lunch begins at 10 a.m. and continues service until closing at 6:30 p.m.
Services for the Hearing-impaired
The hospital has a TDD line so deaf patients can communicate with people outside the hospital. Jane Phillips Medical Center's TDD phone number is 918/331-1699.
Patient Safety and Quality of Care and Patient Concerns
At Jane Phillips Medical Center, patient safety and quality of care is important to us. Our mission is deliver quality, compassionate care which meets the needs and expectations of our patients. We encourage you to contact us about any concerns you may have about patient care and safety at our hospital.
We take concerns seriously. You may contact our Patient Relations Department at 918/331-1950 to discuss any issues or questions Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
After normal business hours, please call the hospital operator at 918/333-7200 and ask for the House Supervisor on duty.
Members of the public may notify the Oklahoma State Department of Health at 1-800-234-7258 of any concerns they have regarding patient safety or quality of care that they feel JPMC has not addressed.

Tobacco Free Facility
Jane Phillips Health Corporation is tobacco free. We respectfully ask patients, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and staff to refrain from the use of all tobacco products while inside the building or on the grounds of any of our facilities or properties.

Holy Cross Chapel
The Chapel, located on the first floor of the Medical Center, is available for your use 24 hours a day. Catholic mass is offered Monday-Friday at 11:30 a.m.
