Cardio & Strength

Wednesdays

Anything goes in this class of mixed cardio and strength training. Activities include the step, BOSU, running stairs, sports drills, kickboxing, corepole, bodyweight and weights. All classes are coed. Classes must have 5 participants to remain on the schedule.
