Resistance Pilates

Tuesdays/Thursdays

A non-aerobic class designed to strengthen the external and internal abdominal and lower back muscles, and to work on balance and coordination. Advanced Pilates class uses balls, weights, bands, BOSU and corepole. All classes are coed. Classes must have 5 participants to remain on the schedule.
