Media Inquiries
Jane Phillips Medical Center welcomes working with members of the media on stories relating to health and wellness. Requests for interviews should be made through the Public Relations Department, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling 918/331-1405 or emailing lkendall@jpmc.org.
Media requests made after hours or on weekends or holidays should be directed to Jane Phillips Medical Center's main number at 918/33-7200. The operator will page the Public Relations representative on call.
Jane Phillips Medical Center is often called on by the media to release information on patients who are the victims of trauma and are part of the public record. Due to federal privacy laws, Jane Phillips Medical Center will only release the one-word condition of patients and only in limited circumstances. The hospital is not obligated to release patient information to the media and will do so at their discretion.
