Eligibility
To qualify for home health care covered by Medicare, the patient must be homebound, under the care of a physician, and need at least one of the following services: skilled nursing, physical therapy, or speech therapy on an intermittent basis. We also work with private insurance plans to meet patients' in-home care needs.

Office hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Services are also available evenings and on weekends. A nurse is on call 24 hours/day for the patient's home health care needs.
